Living in the beautiful Low Country of South Carolina has helped me understand and articulate the strong connection between taking care of ourselves through wellness and satisfying the calling for HOME inside each of us.
Home might be a locale, but it is anything other than a sedentary. I like to think of it as an active state of being we experience when the elements of our heart and lives find balance.
